ISSMUS is held in the beautiful surroundings of Shrewsbury School, just outside of Shrewsbury town centre. The school is a short distance from the railway station, and easy to reach by car… but the site has several entrances, and is not always well represented on satnav systems. Getting to and from the town from the international airports is often time-consuming. We may be able to book your room for an extra night (the night before the course begins, for example) if we have sufficient notice. Shrewsbury School is about a mile away from the centre of Shrewsbury and the railway station, from which there is a regular train service. Taxis are available at the station if you don’t wish to carry your luggage across town!
